Money Back Guarantee

We offer a thirty-day money back guarantee for most services (including all hosting plans, but excluding domain name registration and dedicated IP addresses) based on "good faith." That just means that we have the right to refuse in cases of abuse. Refunds will be given in the form that the payment was received.

Terms of Services

Inoa Technologies reserves the right to refuse services to anyone at our sole discretion.

Full backups are made every night, but these will be used for server restoration purposes only. You are encouraged to backup your website. You may do this through the C-Panel interface. We will not be held liable for any data loss.

We make no guarantee with regard to the continuous availability of our services or any specific feature of our services. Although Inoa Technologies reserves the right to terminate our services at any time, with or without notification, every effort will be made to insure a fair compensation (i.e. hosting plans would be prorated and due notice would be given).

Your may close your account at any time by sending us an email. We may require verification before proceeding. Accounts closed before the full period paid for has expired will not normally be prorated. If you do not give notice at least one week before the next billing cycle, you may be billed again, and this money will not be refunded should you wish to cancel.

Domain Name Services

Domain name registration is non-refundable. However, you own your domain name and are free to transfer it elsewhere at any time.

Other Services

While every effort will be made to fulfill the services offered, in rare cases we may not be able to fulfill everything that was promised (for example, if unusual difficulties are encountered during a site transfer.) If this should happen, the full amount of your purchase will refunded. We will not be held liable for any shortcomings, including loss of information or time.

We are a hosting company and do not offer support for web design, ftp, or any of the scripts available for automatic installation through Cpanel or Fantastico. Some support is available through our Managed Hosting Plan, but we are are not responsible to teach you how to use the tools at your disposal.

Payment

Full payment is required before any hosting services are rendered. This includes renewals. Your account may be suspended or terminated if payment is not received prior to the renewal period.

You are responsible to provide us with accurate, complete, and up-to-date billing information, including your legal name, email address, home address, and telephone number. All changes to this information must be reported within 30 days of the change. If this condition is not met your account may be suspended or terminated, and no refund will be given.

What is Not Allowed

We do not host "adult" sites, any sites containing "adult" material, "warez," illegal MP3 files or other forms of copyright infringement, or anything illegal or immoral. We do not allow "spamming," "hacking," "cracking," or any similar activities. Any kind of business fraud is strictly forbidden. If your account is involved in any of these things, it will be terminated immediately and no refund will be given. In such cases, the 30-day money back guarantee does not apply.

We do not allow program that consume an excessive amount of CPU run time or Random Access Memory (RAM) on the server. These may include, but are not limited to chat rooms programs, bulletin board programs such as Ultimate Bulletin Board™ and Yet Another Bulletin Board™, and "background daemons" (including, but not limited to, IRC bots; eggdrop; BitchX(IRC Client); XiRCON; ShoutCast Plus IceCast; and any other program that interferes with normal server operation).

Although we do not normally limit bandwidth, we reserve the right to set a limit at any time, and to disable any scripts that affect server performance.

You are responsible for the security of your account, and are responsible for everything on your site. We are not responsible for the content of your website.

Privacy Policy

Inoa Technologies does not and will never sell or give away any of your personal information, including your address, phone number, credit card, and any passwords on your account. We value your trust, and respect your privacy.

Indemnification

You agree to use all of Inoa Technologies' services at your own risk. We specifically disclaim all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Inoa Technologies be liable for any loss, or loss of data, or other commercial damage, including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential or other damages. You agree to defend, indemnify, save and hold Inoa Technologies and its operator(s) harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against Inoa Technologies, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, it's agents, employees or assigns.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Inoa Technologies against liabilities arising out of any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Inoa Technologies' services; any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party; or copyright infringement.

Acceptance

By accepting this agreement, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are a minor, we need approval from a parent or legal guardian. We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time.
